First lady Melania Trump will not attend the G7 summit this year or join the President when he travels to Singapore for the planned June 12 summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, her spokeswoman tells CNN.

As the worldwide media couldn't stop speculating about her whereabouts, she took to Twitter to quash rumours about her health and marriage. Some noted the similarity to Trump's voice, while others noted the fact that anyone could easily tweet from her account.

Melania took to Twitter on Wednesday to address claims, reports and conspiracy theories about her absence.

According to CNN, Grisham again stated on Friday that Melania "is fine, she's doing great".
