Kerr amazed by 'incredible' Durant as Warriors eye Finals sweep

LeBron James: Winner of NBA finals won’t be going to the White House

Warriors, Cavaliers say they're not going to White House

This is the four consecutive NBA Finals match-up between the Warriors and the Cavaliers, and Golden State is up 3-0 in the series, needing just more win to clinch their third title since 2015.

"Draymond is a catalyst and the anchor for their defense", James said. We know throughout the course of a 48-minute game, there are going to be plays where it was miscue here or a miscue there.

LeBron James scored 33 points and Kevin Love 20 for the Cavs, who have fallen into a hole in which no team has ever emerged.

James, who can be a free agent in July, stopped just short of saying the Cavaliers don't have enough to beat these Warriors.

Speaking of KD, he had arguably the best game of his career, dropping 43 points on 15-of-23 shooting along with 13 rebounds and seven assists, including a dagger from nearly the exact same spot as the one he hit in Game 3 past year.

The Cavaliers had been 8-1 at home in the playoffs with eight wins in a row since losing their first-round opener to Indiana. So, I definitely think about that.

They came out of halftime on an 11-3 run and outscored the Cavaliers in the quarter, 31-23.

"He was great tonight in Game 3".

They were asking for trouble.

"I mean, it's nearly like playing the [New England] Patriots", James said. "You know if you relax, they make you pay, and making you pay could cost you a game", James said. That's what this team does.

It erased a lead that Kevin Love and J.R. Smith helped LeBron James establish in the first half.

So this series is just about finished, or at least, that's what the history books say.

The Warriors are the 14th team to go up 3-0 in the Finals. He practiced each of the past two days to move closer to a return.

Iguodala hadn't played since Game 3 of the Western Conference finals against Houston, and the Warriors went 4-2 in his absence.

"The margin of error is very low", James said.

James elaborated on the challenge the Warriors present since adding Durant.

Game 4 is Friday (9 p.m. ET, ABC).

James can be a free agent, and there's a real sense around the National Basketball Association that this summer - just like in 2010, when he left for Miami - could be packing up and leaving his native northeast OH once again.

The Heat haven't been in the NBA Finals since 2014, but that doesn't mean South Florida has stopped watching the championship series.

This isn't the first year that an NBA Finals game not involving the Heat has drawn an impressive TV rating locally.
