Pennsylvania Shooting Rampage Live Updates: Deadly Attack at Small Town Car Wash

Multiple people were fatally shot at a auto wash in western Pennsylvania early Sunday, according to reports.

Family members of the victims of a shooting at a Pennsylvania auto wash say the suspect was driven by jealousy.

Courtney Snyder, 23; and Seth Cline, 21, were named as the victims, WTAE reported.

A man who fatally shot four people at a vehicle wash was on life support Sunday, while a woman who had hid in the back of a auto, was suffering from minor injuries, State Police said. Pennsylvania State Police have stated that Smith was also wounded, likely from a self-inflicted gunshot.

Police would not go into details about how Smith knew the victims, but Chelsie Cline's half-sister, Sierra Kolarik, told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that Smith had developed an obsession with Cline.

Ed Bukovac, who owns the auto wash, told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that a neighbor called him around 4 a.m. Sunday and said something was wrong at his business. Bukovac mentioned that the police were already on the scene by the time he arrived.

A gunman in a jealous fierceness killed four individuals, including the 25-year-old woman he was charmed by, at a western Pennsylvania auto wash early Sunday morning, specialists said.

Four of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene, while the alleged shooter is reportedly on life support at a hospital; all the victims were in their 20s and 30s, the news station reported. The fifth victim died at the hospital. His or her condition and identity is not yet known.

Porterfield and Chelsie Cline arrived together, got out of the auto and walked to the side of the business, where they were both killed, police said.

Broadwater told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that two bodies were found in a pickup and two others on the auto wash parking lot.

It was not immediately clear whether the shooter was among the dead, but authorities told local media outlets there was "no threat to the community, no imminent danger".

WPXI-TV reports the shooting occurred around 2:45 a.m. Sunday in Melcroft. Another woman in the rear seat of the extended cab pickup truck only suffered injuries from broken glass.
