When will these stores be closed during Christmas

In Trowbridge, Boots will be open from 10am-4.30pm on Christmas Eve and 6.30-midnight on Boxing Day and Superdrug will be open from 10am-4pm on Christmas Eve.

Starting at 6 a.m. Friday morning, stores nationwide are staying open until 9 p.m. Christmas Eve night.

Christmas Day hours are 9 a.m. -5 p.m.

Marie Callender's: Pies and more are available from 7 a.m.to 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve and from 11 a.m.to 9 p.m. Christmas Day at 1600 N. 1000 West in Layton.

On New Year's Day convenience shops will be open, with some from 7am - 10pm and others from 11am - 7pm. Both are closed on Christmas Day. The Otter Lake waste management facility will be closed Sunday and Christmas Day but will be open for regular operating hours on Tuesday.

Walmart is open 12 p.m.to 6 p.m. The walk-in service centres will be closed Christmas and Boxing Day. Collection will take place Saturday, Dec. 23 instead.

IHOP: Most will be open regular hours, but hours may be reduced. These services will also be closed on New Years Day. The Riverdale location will be open from 10 a.m.to 3 p.m. Christmas Eve, while Layton's will be open from 10 a.m.to 4 p.m.


Fast-food restaurant hours vary from franchise-owner to franchise-owner, but according to Go Banking Rates, these national restaurant chains will be open during the holidays. They will be closed on New Year's Day.

Starbucks: Regular hours on Christmas Eve.

LCBO locations throughout the region will be open until 6 p.m. Christmas Eve for last minute shoppers.

If you're looking for groceries, stores will be open on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31, but will be closed on Dec. 25, and January 1.

The Transit Store, Compass Service Center, and Customer Service offices will be closed Sunday and Monday.

There will be no paper on Monday or Tuesday and the office located in St. Catharines will be closed both days, reopening on December 27.
