The company has announced closures of almost 300 Sears and Kmart stores this year as its financial struggles continue.
The Altoona Sears and Kmart stores have not be affected by the closings.
Kmart stores in Henderson and Glasgow will also close at that time, according to the company.
Despite the announcement coming right ahead of the holidays, Sears wanted to be clear that it will be business as usual at the impacted stores.
This comes after the company announced this week another round of store closures.
The Sears in Spotsylvania Towne Centre is not among the 64 stores that Sears Holdings just announced that it will close in late January to help cut costs. The Sears Auto Center at that store will close in early December.
The company says they plan to serve customers throughout the holiday season.
Liquidation sales will begin at the Abingdon location as early as November 9, the report said.
In total, Sears Holdings is shuttering 63 stores across the country.
Sears' financial position has gotten it in hot water with its vendors in the past year, many scaling back on their business with the retailer for fear of bad deals.
