As 80% of women are suffering from the rape and teasing while some of them have faced this horrific assault.

According to reports, all the four men took breaks for tea and gutka and repeatedly raped her for three hours.

The duo tied her up and raped her near the Habibganj railway station in the heart of Bhopal.

Government Railway Police (GRP) Superintendent of Police, Anita Malviya informed that the culprits have been booked under sections 376 D (gang rape) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code at the GRP Police Station, on the basis of victim's complaint. Reports state that she routinely took a train from the station to her hometown, which is located almost an hour away, after attending her coaching classes for the IAS.

The teen was picked up by her father, who was already searching for her, and taken home before returning the next day to file a complaint. Golu Bihari, who's out on bail for murdering his own daughter, called his brother-in-law, Amar Ghuntu.

The Railway SP claimed that all four accused had been arrested but when it came to presenting the accused in the court, it came to light that only three were arrested.

Almost 15-minutes later, Golu went to fetch cigarettes, tea, and gutkha, leaving Amar to keep a watch over her. Amar and Golu are brothers-in-law married to two sisters.

An Indian teenager was beaten, gang-raped for three hours by four men and then robbed in central India.

Two police officers have been sacked for refusing to lodge the complaint.

The woman walked to a railway police post at the Habibganj station and called her parents - both in the security forces.

The parents told The Times of India newspaper that they spotted two suspects roaming freely and made a decision to catch them. An officer, in a third police station, mocked her, saying she was "making up a filmy story".

They chased down the men after their daughter spotted them "loitering in front of Mansarowar Complex, which is around 500m from the spot of crime", the victim's mother told the India Times.

Sub-inspector RN Tekam has been suspended, said GRP ASP Dharmendra Singh, admitting an appalling 11-hour delay in filing a case.
