The new phone is said to have a 6-inch screen as well as an aspect ratio of 18:9, in line with most comparable releases. Well, HTC is working on fixing that with the U11 Plus.

The HTC U11 is no doubt one of the most impressive flagship smartphones released this year.

HTC recorded worst revenue ever in August 2017 in the last 13 years, which made the company sell its smartphone team to Google for $1.1 billion. This is a strong indicator that the HTC U11 Plus will have a bezel-less design. We also expect a premium design. The publication also hints that the HTC U11 Plus may arrive with an attractive pricing. The device in question is said to be codenamed "Ocean Master" and be the first relatively bezel-less mobile offering from the Taiwanese original equipment manufacturer which will supposedly launch it in China this November before bringing it to other markets, industry sources claim. A recent leak by a French Android blog Frandroid, suggests this phone could go into manufacturing soon and make an appearance as early as November 11. The company is also said to be working on a more premium variant of the device with 128GB of storage space and 6GB of RAM, hence utilizing a similar product strategy to the one it adopted with the HTC U11, though it's now unclear whether both models will be sold on a global level. However, a different rumor presents information related to the hardware side of things in the U11 Plus and if they turn out to be true, the phone will be a beast. In terms of storage, the 4GB RAM variant will include 64GB of UFS 2.1 storage while the 6GB RAM variant will come with 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. For the front, there will be an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling. It is also reported that the U11 Plus will be IP68 certified for dust and water resistance.

The HTC U11 Plus will also feature the Edge Sense technology with which you can interact with the smartphone by squeezing it.
